What is a Pre-Order and how long till I get my coin?

Most Pre-orders are to gage the community with an upcoming design to get a solid number on how many to produce. If you Pre-Order seeing a picture of the design, you will generally wait for 6-8 weeks for the product. If they show you a completed sample of a design usually the production to delivery time is usually around 4-6 weeks from the day, they place the order.

I have a design in mind are you able to bring it to life?

Absolutely! One of my favorite things to do is assist others with ideas they would like to bring to life! Simply reach out to me and let’s create something!

I would like to make a coin… How much does it cost?

The million-dollar question… I will say that coins are pretty inexpensive once you can get passed the mold fees and shipping costs. Generally speaking, I do not recommend making less than 50 of any type of coin. The reason for this is because mold fees can be anywhere from $125 dollars per side to $300 per side depending on the design and size.

What happens if my coin arrives damaged?

DDI tries its best to package and ship coins as snug and secure as possible however, we do know that S**T happens… if this does happen we will gladly send another product (If we have stock) or issue a refund. Just email us!
